What a great site! We're planning a trip to Asia for late next year (Have just done Thailand & Vietnam). This next trip hoping to do Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Bali.
Also going to Melbourne next weekend then a 3 week trip around East Coast Australia in January

We head off to Bali in a few months for our first time. Asia is a great destination and with AirAsia flying to KL from the Gold Coast it certainly does help our travel budget.

We're loving reading about your travel adventures! We're a family of four that, in the spirit of our love of travel, have moved to Melbourne from the US for the next two years (kids 13 & 10). We have been here 4 months, and are truly loving this adventure. Have booked our first trip to asia (starting out in singapore) and were exploring your site for ideas on where else to go during our time there. Thanks for being so generous with your time and tips for others who also love to travel!

my husband and I have just returned from 2 fantastic weeks in Patong, his 8th trip and my first. Obviously I am now completely hooked, and I just wanted to say a big thank you for all your tips. Your website is great and I am using so much of your info to plan our next trip in May 2010, we are going to venture to Krabi and maybe Ko lanta, snd your tips are really helpful!

Wondering how difficult it was to set up your site? I have always wanted to do a website about or travels, in particular to help those with young children as we have 2 we have travelled with and plan to continue travelling with for years to come! So any tips or hints for me??

A webpage is not all that difficult and there are some great free programs that can get you started.
Perhaps take a look at wordpress or one of the free blog programs to get you started.
