Hi, we also used Jermsak for 11 days in Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai he was great and we would reccommend him to anyone heading that way.
We did a lot of the things you did and we just had the best time!
Bob's reply: Glad you had a great time Tony. We head back to Thailand in a few months time and plan on doing the East Coast islands this time.

OMG! What a great site. One of the best I've seen.
I enjoyed your pictures from Viet Nam. I have done three motorcycle trips throughout the north (Hoi An to Ha Giang) and loved every minute there. Your picture brought back fond memories.
Tammy & I are heading off the Thailand (with stop in Chang Mai and Chang Rai) so I really appreciated the information on your site.

Hi Guys,good to see you still love your travel.We did a cruise in November (Barrier Reef) and we are heading back to Phuket in May again this year Air Asia this time via KL we are meeting up with Doug & Christine (from our get together last year). shame we are in 2 different places would have been great to catch up with you both ..

Bob & Janette - thanks ever so much. We used some info from your site prior to our trip to Phuket in Oct 09 and we are now planning our next trip to Thailand and are looking at Chaing Mai and Rai. Reading about your recent trip there has definitely made my want to visit there even greater. Thank you for a wealth of information and taking the time to share it.

What a great site! We're planning a trip to Asia for late next year (Have just done Thailand & Vietnam). This next trip hoping to do Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Bali.
Also going to Melbourne next weekend then a 3 week trip around East Coast Australia in January

Hi Bob and Janette! This is a great page. I'm going to Thailand in November and am confused as to which islands to visit. It seems that the Andaman Sea side is the best at this time of year so I'm finding out. If you have any more tips for me about what to see there and where to stay, I'd very much appreciate it!

You are correct in heading to the Andaman side for November. Glorious weather and great seas for swimming, snorkeling etc.
Our favourite place is the Krabi region and there are so many islands and coastal beaches to explore. Feel free contact us if you think of any specific questions.
