Central Market - Phnom PenhMarkets:  Phnom Penh has several traditional markets. Among the most popular are the Russian Market and the Central Market. The Russian Market is is the best for souvenirs, curious and silks etc, while the Central Market on the other hand is architecturally interesting because of its 1935 art deco-style.

Siem Reap

Angkor Wat: The world's largest religious building took 50,000 artisans, workers and slaves nearly 40 years to complete.  Angkor Wat is just one of many temples in the Archaeological Park.  You will need several days here!

Sihanoukville

SihanoukVille is located on the Southern Coast of Cambodia on the Gulf of Thailand.  Surrounded by small hills and islands, it's about a 3 - 4 hour drive from Phnom Penh.  Mekong Express buses leave from their offices on Sisowath Quay at 7.45am and 2.30pm.  The price is approx US$5 and includes hotel pick-up.

Ochheuteal Beach

Ochheuteal BeachSihanoukville's main attractions are the beaches and Ochheuteal Beach is the most popular with plenty of accommodation including hotels, guesthouses and bungalows. There are several nice restaurants and bars along the beach with a number of other restaurants and bars on the road just behind, that runs parallel with the beach.

Serendipity Beach

Serendipity Beach is a continuation of Ochheuteal Beach at the north end, there are quite a few places to stay near Serendipity beach, with a number of hotels, guesthouses and bungalows in the area. The beach is the same as Ochheuteal beach however not quite as nice for swimming as there is some rock underfoot.

Victory Beach

Victory Beach is a long narrow sandy beach with a few restaurants and bars. Most of the accommodation near to Victory beach is found up the hill on the popular Victory Hill (or Weather station hill as it is often called).

Sokha Beach

Sokha Beach is mainly for the luxury Sokha beach resort although other people can use it. The white sandy beach is quiet and clean but there is no accommodation or restaurants other than the luxury Sokha beach resort, with its own upmarket restaurants.

Otres Beach

Otres BeachOtres Beach is one of the best beaches in Sihanoukville, and the beach is just south of Ochheuteal beach. Otres beach only has a limited amount of accommodation and restaurants so it is still relatively quiet.

Independence Beach

Independence Beach lies between Sokha Beach and the Victory Beaches, and it is quite popular with the locals, but it is nowhere near as popular as Ochheuteal or Serendipity beaches, with the tourists. Independence beach has plenty of small restaurants, but little in the way of accommodation.
